  | Paintings by San Anselmo artist Dan Thomas will be on display and for sale at Town Books through January 31st, 2016. Dan Thomas is a retired licensed architect who practiced in San Anselmo. Prior to his architectural career he received a BA in fine arts from San Jose State University and did graduate studies in art at San Francisco State University. After retiring from architecture and becoming a full time painter his work has been exhibited throughout Marin and Napa counties including the O'Hanlon Center for the Arts, College of Marin, California Watercolor Association National Show, Marin County Fair, Napa Town Fair, as well as Marin Society of Artists Gallery and one man shows at the Fairfax Library. His work has won awards at various shows. |
